Dr. Rafik Benaissa, a US citizen and brother of former SNC Lavalin executive Riadh Ben Aissa, has filed a criminal complaint against Swiss Federal Prosecutor Mr. Michael Lauber with the criminal section of the Bern County-Switzerland Supreme Court.
