Jurors in Los Angeles state court have awarded $8.3 million to Plaintiff Loren Kransky, ruling that Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy unit was negligent regarding the DePuy ASR hip implant. Kransky’s lawsuit was the first of over 10,000 to go to trial.
