Parker Waichman LLP and its co-counsel have filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who have purchased Azek decking. While Azek Building Products, which makes the decking, describes it as “low maintenance” and resistant to defects normally seen in traditional wood, a number of consumers allege that their Azek decking shows signs of staining, scratching, fading, discoloration, and mold and mildew deposits.
