Lime Energy Co. (NASDAQ: LIME) (the “Company”) today announced that on May 22, 2013, it received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) notifying it that it was not in compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it had not yet filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 (the “Additional Deficiency”) and that the Additional Deficiency served as an additional basis for delisting the Company’s common stock from the NASDAQ Stock Market.
