Parker Waichman LLP has filed a lawsuit on behalf of an Arizona man who developed bladder cancer after taking Actos for several years. The lawsuit alleges that the diabetes drug caused the bladder cancer, and holds Takeda and other manufacturers responsible for failing to warn about these side effects.
