The 2,066 acre Trees Ranch adjoining Zion National Park was sold this month by Mirr Ranch Group, whose expertise is brokering ranches for sale in Utah and the American West. Listed for $25 million, the conservation property sold to a private party, and the sellers are the heirs of Jim Trees and Lionel Pincus.
